Sioux City Linux Users Group

Who are we? — The Sioux City Linux Users Group, or SCLUG, is a group of Linux hobbyists, professionals and enthusiasts in the vicinity of Sioux City, Iowa. Sioux City is located in the tri-state area of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Our members share interests in Linux and other free or low-cost implementations of Unix, as well as other open source software. We welcome all new comers, and invite you to stop down and visit with us during one of our meetings.
What do we do? — We meet once a month to give and listen to presentations on various subjects, talk about Linux, get help on our latest project and generally just have a good time. We also maintain an email disussion list where we talk and learn about Linux.
How do I become a member? — Its easy, just show up at a meeting! There is no formal member process. If you come to a meeting or two, feel free to call yourself a member. There are no dues or fees to join us, and we will even hook you up with great Linux operating systems and software for FREE!
